Job Description

As a 3rd Shift Forklift & Machine Operator, you’ll support various warehouse and machine operations—from forklift work to machine handling and warehouse tasks. Bobcat skills are a bonus (but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift in warehouse and production environments
• Support machine operations (e.g., winding, slitting, material movement)
• Handle general warehouse duties: loading/unloading, sorting, staging
• Preferred—but not required: Operate a Bobcat or similar skid-steer loader
• Maintain warehouse equipment and workspace cleanliness
• Assist with material staging, pallet assembly, and shipping/receiving as needed
• Opportunities for skill growth across machine, equipment, and warehouse operations

Work Experience
Qualifications

• Valid forklift operating experience
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Commitment to punctuality and reliability
• Availability to train on day shift temporarily, then work the 3rd shift
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset

** Preferred:**

• Experience with Bobcats or equivalent equipment
