As a fourth-generation State Farm Agent with 17 years in the business, I take pride in leading a team that values both professional growth and personal well-being. Our Evanston office is home to four talented team members, and we offer competitive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and a Simple IRA.

After six months of training, we offer the flexibility to work from home 1-2 times per week. With a background in Marketing and a minor in Spanish from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, I understand the importance of communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
REQUIREMENTS: - Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual Spanish preferred

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
