The Role
We're looking for an Agile Project Manager who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You'll lead internal and client-facing teams to ensure deliverables are clear, timelines are realistic, and work is executed with precision and agility.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements from kickoff to delivery, aligning priorities across teams
Plan and manage sprints, create timelines, and coordinate key milestones
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates
Work closely with engineering and design teams to clarify scope and remove blockers
Create and maintain documentation like feature specs, project plans, and status reports
Serve as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical contributors
✅ What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery, ideally in a software environment
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar PM platforms
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
Ability to manage changing requirements and guide teams through ambiguity
Experience working in remote or distributed team settings
Bonus Points
Scrum certification or formal PM credentials
Experience adapting Agile practices for non-traditional environments
Comfort with UI/UX workflows and product design cycles
