As an Airfield Operations and Assessor SME and defense mission professional, you'll bring your technical background to work on projects for USCENTCOM. You'll plan and support Mission Assurance Assessments on Airfields in the USCENTCOM AOR. You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , processes, and instrumentation related to threats in the USCENTCOM AOR.

You'll impact the work we do for USCENTCOM and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, national security, strategic planning, and defense mission planning.

You Have:
    \n
  • 10+ years of experience in the Department of Defense or government agencies
  • \n
  • 8+ years of experience in airfield operations and management
  • \n
  • 3+ years of experience c ond ucting airfield inspections and checks, including runways, taxiways, aprons, pavements, arresting systems, signs, lights, and airfield clearance areas utilizing DoD Mission Assurance Benchmarks
  • \n
  • 3+ years of experience with strategic-level briefing, crafting presentations, and senior-level report writing and agreements
  • \n
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating with aircrews, air traffic control, and various agencies that provide for safe operation of aircraft in the airfield environment and through national and international airspace
  • \n
  • Ability to coordinate with host nation leadership and adapt and fit into a dynamic workspace
  • \n
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • \n
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • \n
  • Bachelor's degree
  • \n

  • Knowledge of emerging unmanned aerial system threat tactics, the groups supporting and c ond ucting them, and counter-unmanned aerial system mitigation efforts

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal relationship and team-oriented skills

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • DoD Certification such as Anti terror ism Officer Level II Certification
  • \n
  • Aviation Operations Spe cia list, Federal Aviation Administration ( FAA ) , or International Civil Aviation Organization ( ICAO ) Airport Management and Safety Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
