We're looking for an Art Director to join Stand Together Communications internal design team! The Art Director will elevate the creative output across digital, brand, and campaign initiatives, bringing bold ideas and leading by example through execution and storytelling.

While you won't directly manage designers, you'll play a critical role in guiding, mentoring, and inspiring senior and production designers to push the work forward. • Develop and execute conceptually strong, beautifully crafted designs across brand, campaign, digital, and print projects.
• Collaborate closely with senior and production designers, providing guidance and feedback that elevates design quality across the team.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that engage diverse audiences.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to create cohesive, impactful campaigns.
• Present creative concepts with clarity and confidence to stakeholders across the organization.
• Mentor junior team members by modeling best-in-class design practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Stand Together, ensuring design solutions meet organizational goals.
• Drive creativity and innovation, staying informed of industry trends to inspire new approaches.

• Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital, print, and brand design.
• Hands-on mastery of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and a proven ability to move fluidly between mediums.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• A collaborative spirit, positive energy, and a desire to help others grow.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills; confident explaining design rationale to stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.

• Agency experience with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver at a high level.
• Background in motion design, video, or other multidisciplinary creative work.
• An aptitude for systems thinking and a strong sense of creative judgment.
