Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Decatur is looking to hire an Assistant Spa Manager with a passion for team building and training to drive the sales and growth at our beautiful two year-old spa. Must be capable of meeting sales goals.
***STRONG preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of success with spa membership sales***. Must be able to understand key performance indicators and meet sales goals. Weekends are required. Some nights and holidays may also be required based on business needs. We offer base pay, a great bonus structure and more. The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible and accountable for all aspects of daily operations with focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Required background: -- A passion for people and sales -- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays -- Ability to learn scripts and implement them successfully in a motivational way -- High level of enthusiasm -- Demonstrated ability to balance coaching & mentoring with disciplining -- Ability to meet deadlines -- Strong organizational/planning and computer skills -- Retail management/sales experience Daily Assistant Spa Manager Duties: -- Ensure Spa is properly staffed and supported on all shifts -- Assist Spa Manager with hiring, onboarding and training -- Assist Spa Manager with overseeing and managing the daily operations of the spa -- 80% of time spent working face to face with clients -- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials -- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting -- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines -- Additional duties assigned by the spa manager which are based upon the business needs of the spa....a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail.
