Job Description
The Bartender/Server prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and Health Department standards and policies. The Bartender is responsible for processing transactions using the company’s P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have high level computer skills with experience in excel.
REASONING ABILITY
