Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing specialized behavioral support for students with autism in a P-8 classroom setting, this position requires a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to on-site engagement and collaboration. The role is designed to enhance learning and developmental outcomes within an established autism program, working directly with a caseload of approximately 12 students in a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services tailored to individual student needs in a classroom environment
• Collaborate closely with special education staff and other educators to support student progress and classroom integration
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) alongside ongoing assessment and data collection
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel and families to promote consistent, effective behavioral strategies
• Maintain compliance with district policies and professional standards, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA license required
• Experience working within K-12 classrooms, preferably with students on the autism spectrum
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention techniques
• Ability to work full-time on-site with no remote or hybrid options
• Prior involvement in school-based programs or special education settings is highly preferred

Location: Denver area, on the east side of the city
Contract Duration: January 7, 2026 May 21, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Caseload: Approximately 12 students in P-8 autism program
