Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the Boys’ and Girls’ Cross-Country program
• Design and implement effective training, conditioning, and competition plans
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and sportsmanlike team culture
• Collaborate with assistant coaches, athletic staff, and school administrators
• Ensure compliance with WPIAL and PIAA rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Varsity Head Coach or College Coaching Experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of cross-country training methods, race strategies, and safety standards
• Commitment to mentoring and motivating student-athletes to achieve their best academically and athletically
