Responsibilities:

Immediate Administrative Excellence
  • Coordinate meetings, draft communications, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage our job descriptions and job postings internally
  • Submitting candidates through client vendor portal
  • Assist with new hire and off-boarding paperwork
  • Create and distribute business intelligence reports for our sales, delivery support and executive team.
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Apply Meta Data tagging and data organization to our candidate and job portal
  • Meeting documentation
Customer support
  • Assist our operations team in timely response to our customer and employee needs.
  • AR / AP documentation and reporting
  • Assist w/ payroll support
  • Coordination between company and 3rd party service providers
Qualifications and Skills:

Financial Prowess:
  • 1-4 years of experience in business and / or customer support.
  • Eager to take on new challenges
  • Intermediate skills in Office365 (Office, Excel, Sharepoint, OneNote etc..)
  • Proficiency with financial management platforms.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
Administrative Superpowers:
  • You make communication look easy.
  • You listen like a pro and always know just what to say (or not to say).
  • Your attention to detail is legendary - nothing escapes your eagle eyes!
  • You tackle challenges head-on with your analytical superpowers, turning problems into solutions.

Location: Remote and in-office work in Salt Lake City, Utah is required with the potential for occasional travel (no more than 1-2x per year)
