Position: Co-Founder CEO / COO

This isn’t an employee role but an entrepreneurial partnership. You’ll be working for equity, which means we need someone ready to invest their time and energy 24/7, bringing relentless dedication to transform our vision into reality.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Drive the big-picture goals while being hands-on in day-to-day operations.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team.
• Innovation Culture: Establish a bold, pioneering corporate culture that thrives on leadership and innovation.
• Investor Relations: Lead venture capital efforts, including pitch deck creation, financial modeling, and investor engagement.

Your Profile:

• Startup & Fundraising Experience:Proven track record in building startups, attracting venture or angel investment, or holding senior positions in major tech companies.
• Drive to Create: Passionate about building a business from scratch and ready to face the unique challenges of a startup environment.
• Leadership Under Uncertainty: Skilled in motivating a team through fast-paced, changing conditions.
