MACHINE OPERATOR

CHEMICAL MIXING OPERATOR

Monday - Friday

4:00 pm - until finished

$17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Set up and operate foam pouring line
  • Pump and transfer chemicals
  • Operate gauge board, cut-off saw, and vacuum booth
  • Unload materials from railroad cars
  • Perform general cleanup as needed
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or lead
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Identify and report product or process issues
  • Recommend or implement corrective actions through appropriate channels
  • Ensure issues are resolved before continuing production
  • Communicate quality concerns to management for resolution and verification

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to operate gauge board, cut-off saw, and vacuum booth
