Entry-Level Position with Apprenticeship Opportunities!

Leonard & Sons is hiring entry-level Laborers to join our team. This seasonal position offers opportunities to advance into Apprenticeship Roles as either a Masonry Technician or a Certified Chimney Sweep Technician.
Day-to-Day Tasks May Include:
Assisting lead technicians or masons on job sites.
Preparing and cleaning work areas (drop cloths, vacuums, protective gear, etc.).
Carrying, staging, and mixing materials (brick, mortar, tools, chimney parts).
Supporting masonry projects: tuckpointing, chimney rebuilds, fireplace repairs.
Supporting chimney service: sweeping chimneys, handling vacuums, assisting with inspections and liner installs.
Loading/unloading trucks and keeping equipment organized.
Ensuring safety standards are followed on roofs and job sites.
General labor duties (lifting, cleaning, debris removal).
What We’re Looking For:
Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with physical labor, heights, and working outdoors.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
