Position Overview

Platinum Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Cleaning and Property Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and well-kept properties through apartment turnovers, deep cleaning, inspections, and light maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and delivers high-quality results with integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of apartments, common areas, and facilities according to company standards.

• Clean all surfaces including light fixtures, baseboards, fans, counters, cabinets, and floors.

• Vacuum and mop floors, including stairs and hard surfaces.

• Conduct move-in, move-out, transfer, and property inspections; document results accurately.

• Install and maintain lockboxes, manage key organization, and ensure secure key tracking.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper use and storage of supplies.

• Assist with supply inventory and restocking.

• Perform light maintenance tasks such as installing deadbolts, locks, smoke detectors, light bulbs, and bathroom accessories.

• Assist with painting and property upkeep as needed.

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and represent the company well at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Ability to read and follow cleaning and maintenance instructions accurately.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs of equipment.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 8 hours per day.

• Comfortable working around pet hair, dust, mold, and cleaning products.

• Basic knowledge of power tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers) preferred.

• Basic smartphone knowledge for completing inspections and communicating with team members.
