Victory Closets, located within the Kitchens by Eileen showroom, provides quality custom closet solutions that are attractive, functional, and sensibly priced. We partner with clients to transform their living spaces through beautiful, organized designs and superior craftsmanship.

What You'll Do as a Closet Design Consultant:

• Meet with clients in their homes or virtually to discuss their needs and take measurements.
• Create functional, attractive closet designs using company-approved design software..
• Prepare clear proposals, accurate pricing, and all necessary project details.
• Present designs to clients in a way that's easy to understand and gets them excited about the result.
• Coordinate with the production and installation team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Keep detailed, up-to-date records of client meetings, designs, and sales.
• Participate in occasional trade shows and promotional events to showcase our products.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions and ensure they're happy with their new closet.
• Join weekly team meetings to share updates and ideas.
• Work full-time with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend client meetings.
• Travel within Lancaster, York, Lebanon, Dauphin, and Cumberland counties.

Our Ideal Closet Design Consultant:

• Experienced: A minimum of one year in sales or customer service, with a proven ability to take accurate measurements; prior design experience and knowledge of spatial planning and design principles are highly preferred.
• Motivated: Brings energy, drive, and a willingness to learn, knowing culture fit is the top priority at Victory.
• Humble, Hungry, Smart: Values teamwork, takes initiative, and works well with others.
• Communicative: Excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Solution-oriented: Finds creative ways to meet client needs and resolve challenges.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfortable learning CRM tools and company design software.
• Active: Able to bend, kneel, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Total Compensation: $50-$75K
