Cleaner

CK Services, LLC is a leading provider of janitorial services, dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning solutions to our clients.

We are currently expanding and looking for a professional to join our Janitorial Services division.

Job Position Description

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers’ buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using approved products, tools and procedures
• Use all cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
• Vacuuming, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting, etc.
• Keep an ongoing stock of supplies in designated areas such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Requires standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching, over long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 45lbs
• Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• The ability to pay close attention to small details
• The ability to read and write
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning procedures is a plus
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
