Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking a Compliance Associate to join their team. As a Compliance Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Talent Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Compliance Associate

Location: Amherst, NY

Pay Range: $20 an hour

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM EST

What's the Job?

• Maintain and ensure compliance files for field talent in accordance with company and client standards.
• Support standards compliance to achieve and maintain 100% adherence.
• Process talent compliance documentation, including license verifications and background checks.
• Facilitate onboarding paperwork and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with talent and internal teams regarding compliance status and upcoming expiration dates.

What's Needed?

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
