Job Details

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and material deliveries.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate progress and challenges to project managers and stakeholders.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
