Right Dose Pharmacy, a member of the Guardian family of pharmacies, is seeking a Delivery Driver to join their team in Ankeny, Iowa. The role involves working assigned routes with time-sensitive delivery requirements, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and timely, and complying with all Federal and Company privacy regulations regarding safeguarding patient information. Essential functions include determining the most efficient route, checking totes for completeness, delivering correct totes to facilities, exchanging emergency kits and IV boxes, picking up return items and refused medications, completing paperwork accurately, maintaining a pleasant demeanor with clients, collaborating with team members, monitoring vehicle maintenance, and complying with traffic and patient privacy regulations. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 12pm-8:30pm, with weekends as needed. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, a State Driver’s License, be 21 years or older, and have 2+ years of related experience or an advanced degree. Skills required include advanced computer skills, ability to work independently, problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to use GPS and hands-free phones, and ability to read and follow directions in English. The work environment requires travel by ground and flexible hours.
