Summary of Duties Working with the head of Digital Marketing, this position manages Merit's digital marketing efforts, driving brand recognition, increasing traffic and qualified leads, and content generation. The individual will identify Merit's audiences online and tailor messaging and campaigns accordingly. Essential Functions Plan, build, and execute innovative multi-channel digital marketing programs supporting business objectives and marketing priorities. Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance across channels; optimize based on ROI and KPIs. Contribute to the innovation roadmap for digital channels, technologies, and platforms. Collaborate with website teams to draft content aligned with campaigns and business goals. Develop planning and monthly recommendations with digital marketing and cross-functional teams. Conduct competitor strategy audits to understand tactics and objectives. Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and methods in social media marketing. Create effective ads for all platforms. Identify optimization opportunities across digital channels such as email, social media, website, and ads. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with ownership of campaigns. Proficiency in digital platforms and software (Google Analytics, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM tools). Strong analytical skills and measurement capabilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Technical writing skills and ability to create written materials. Understanding of internet operations and design tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, and databases. Ability to make responsible judgments and handle deadlines and changes.
