Renewal by Andersen is seeking an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customers' experience in home upgrades. Want to join our team? This position offers uncapped commission alongside base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . The base pay starts at $20 per hour and depends on experience, education, location, certifications, and other factors. Your recruiter will provide more details during the hiring process. Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is also responsible for recording accurate data about prospective customers and the targeted market area. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive with mileage reimbursement. Transport yourself to the assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately. Maintain professionalism, neatness, and proper uniform, with required permits. Attend company meetings as required. Communicate ideas for improving the canvassing program to the Canvassing Program Manager. Master Renewal by Andersen methodologies, products, and promotional offers to become a Signature Service expert. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Minimum age of 18 Reliable transportation Strong verbal communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles daily Culture and Benefits We aim to make the world a better place by living up to the promise that everyone benefits from their association with Andersen.
