Responsibilities Client Relationship Management and Engagement Delivery: Manage client portfolios, ensure contractual and project deliverables are met, strategize with teams, and maintain relationships with state health department executives. Promote compliance, quality standards, and manage engagement economics. New Business Development: Lead in building the Guidehouse brand within the public health sector, develop and expand client relationships, and spearhead new business pursuits aiming for over $5M in annual growth. Consulting Staff Leadership: Oversee recruitment, career development, and retention of consulting staff, fostering a positive, high-performance culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as public health, health policy, or related disciplines. For Associate Director: 7+ years of experience; for Director: 10+ years, including consulting or industry experience supporting public health agencies. 5+ years leading consulting engagements with state health departments or healthcare organizations. Strong relationships with state health and healthcare leaders, proven business development success. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in related fields. Experience with federal health agencies like CMS.
