We are currently looking to hire a Document Control Support Specialist for our client based in Dallas, TX. Our client is a global industrial materials company whose products are vital to the modern economy and carbon reduction. Their materials are essential to low-carbon, electrified technologies that power modern life, from electric vehicles to wind turbines. This role will report directly to the Senior Document Controller. In this role you will be developing and implementing the document control system for an advanced manufacturing facility that is shaping the future of American Manufacturing. Our client is rapidly evolving and is stretching current boundaries and needs someone with experience in ensuring all the moving parts of multiple projects are aligned and documented both commercially and compliantly. Responsibilities Create and implement the Document Control system within the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure the Document Control System is compliant with all third-party certifications, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Guarantee the Document Control System and procedures are updated, revised, and modified as needed. Release and maintain controlled documents and standardized forms for capital project programs to ensure consistency and uniformity. Transfer all project documentation to the designated Document Control system for centralized management and tracking. Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain and control project documents from receipt to deployment to operations, and archive introduction into the Document Control Program. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of related experience in document and record management, alongside experience with document control systems such as COREWORX, PROCORE, or OMNEX.
