We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing and organizing critical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures. The ideal candidate will excel in handling high-volume data entry, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support safety and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage document control processes to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility of company records.
• Perform high-volume document scanning and data entry with precision and efficiency.
• Compile and maintain compliance documentation to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
• Utilize SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams to organize and share documentation effectively.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure all documents meet bio-safety and safety management requirements.
• Support independent contractors with documentation needs and ensure proper handling of business requirement documents.
• Maintain compliance with Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) regulations.
• Regularly review and update documentation to reflect current processes and standards.
• Provide training or guidance to team members on document control procedures as needed.
• Ensure proper archival and retrieval of records for audits or internal use.• At least 2 years of experience in document control or a related field.
• Proficiency in document scanning, compiling, and high-volume data entry.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and regulatory standards, including bio-safety and safety management.
• Experience working with tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) guidelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.
