Drug Testing Technicians
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Drug Testing Technicians for a company based in Columbiana, AL. In this role, you will provide direct, face-to-face interaction with the candidates to ensure the integrity of the specimen and collection process.

Pay Rate
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Saturdays 8:00am- 5:00pm

Drug Testing Technicians- Duties and Responsibilities

• Specimen Collection:

Accurately collect urine, saliva, hair, or other biological samples from donors.

• Chain of Custody:

Follow strict chain of custody protocols to prevent tampering and ensure the validity and integrity of the samples.

• Client Interaction:

Greet clients, explain procedures, ensure they don't bring unauthorized items into the collection area, and provide information on test results.

• Workplace Compliance:

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow established policies, and ensure confidentiality of information.

• Documentation:

Complete all necessary paperwork and logs related to the drug screening process.

• Confidentiality:

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding donor information and test results.

• Flexibility & Time Management:

Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Drug Testing Technicians- Qualifications and Requirements

• HS Grad at least 21 yrs old
• Will Train
• CNA experience plus
• Columbiana and Pelham - must be able to float between both locations
• MUST wear Scrubs, any color pay by employee
• Bilingual a plus
• State retirement and state benefits when you go permanent

Full-time: Temporary to Hire
