Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a leading behavioral health and ABA therapy organization serving Los Angeles and Orange County. We partner with schools, families, and community organizations to deliver evidence-based behavioral and mental health services.

We are seeking an Education Partnerships Consultant to expand our reach to additional school districts and education agencies. The ideal candidate has strong relationships within the education community (particularly Special Education, SELPA, and mental health departments) and is skilled in outreach, networking, and contract development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage key decision-makers within school districts, county offices of education, and SELPAs.
• Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings for BBR leadership.
• Present BBRs service capabilities and partnership models (training, staffing, parent coaching, classroom support, etc.).
• Assist in tracking RFPs, MOUs, and potential funding opportunities.
• Support the preparation of proposals or presentations as needed.
• Represent BBR professionally at conferences, education events, and stakeholder meetings.

Compensation Structure:

• Commission or performance-based pay tied to qualified introductions, meetings set, or proposals submitted, not contract awards.
• Optional bonuses for long-term partnerships established (to be structured within legal guidelines).
• Flexible hours and remote-friendly; must be local to Southern California and available for some in-person networking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network within California school districts or educational agencies.
• Background in special education, mental health, or educational consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of outreach, partnership-building, or community engagement.
