We’re looking for a highly skilled email customer service representative to join our team and handle inbound and outbound email requests, and outbound calls to partner airlines if needed using a friendly, helpful approach. This role requires good English skills, comfort making professional phone calls, and attention to detail.
_Travel agent or call center experience preferred but not required._
