Responsibilities include canvassing door-to-door to generate leads in residential neighborhoods, scheduling appointments for Sales Experts (closers), tracking performance by managing leads, appointments, and results, attending weekly team meetings to elevate your game, growing with Sunrun by sharpening your skills, boosting your earnings and advancing your career, and educating and inspiring by sharing the benefits of solar including cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence. Qualifications include being 18+ years old, self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn, willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred but not required, and being comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
