Our work includes: flooring, custom tile, facades, material sourcing, stone slabs & countertop fabrication. We work with an array of clients ranging from high end residential builds to large scale commercial projects like Art Basel and Design Miami. We are seeking a motivated Estimator / Project Manager who can manage projects from bid to completion with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities -

Estimating :

• Review architectural plans, specifications and scope of work
• Perform material takeoffs and measurements
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals
• Sourcing and pricing materials

Project Management:

• Conduct site visits and oversee active projects
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Track project progress and deadlines
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Proven construction experience
• Ability to read architectural plans
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
• Must have reliable transportation
