What does a successful Executive Assistant do at Fiserv?

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to two to three leaders within our Technology and Merchant Solutions Organization. You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative support duties and must possess the ability to stay several steps ahead to anticipate needs that may arise. You will maintain confidentiality with the utmost professionalism and tact. The position enhances leader effectiveness through the execution of a variety of moderately complex administrative and secretarial duties requiring sensitivity, initiative and independent judgment.

What you will do:

  • Manage meeting preparation including attendees/invitations, logistics, audio/visual, catering, etc.
  • Responsible for scheduling frequent and complex travel arrangements.
  • Manage expense reports, event planning and other administrative duties.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactively engage in assisting executives with emergent tasks (e.g., presentation preparation support, etc.).
  • Exercise independent judgment to make administrative decisions and take-action in the executive's absence.

What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative support for Senior Executives.
  • Experience in calendar management, travel management and expense reporting.
  • 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related work experience and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams.
  • Event or meeting planning.
  • Experience with travel systems such as Concur.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
  • This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.

Sponsorship:

  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Benefits at Fiserv:

  • Fuel Your Life program to support physical, financial, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Paid holidays and generous time away policies.
  • No-cost mental health support through Employee Assistance Programs.
  • Living Proof program to recognize your peers' extra effort with points used for rewards.
  • Eight Employee Resource Groups to foster a collaborative culture.
  • Unparalleled professional growth with training, development, and internal mobility opportunities.
  • Retirement planning and discounted shares with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options available day one.
  • Tuition assistance and reimbursement program.
  • Paid parental, caregiver, and military leave.

Salary Range: $80,750.00 - $109,250.00
