Aspirus Corporate Office in Wausau, WI is seeking a Executive Talent Delivery Partner to join our team!
The Executive Talent Delivery Partner will lead recruiting for exempt level roles within our leadership team and be accountable for driving a diverse and high-quality slate of candidates for selection. The successful candidate will have a collective expertise in sourcing, conducting technical and behavioral interviews, and building exceptional hiring manager and human resource partner relationships. The Senior Talent Delivery partner will work to continually develop and improve the overall candidate experience along with ensuring we are bringing in the right talent to fulfill our organizational mission.
Hours : Full Time or 80 hours every 2 weeks. Day shift, Monday - Friday, may require some occasional evenings. Hybrid (2-3 days on-site).

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It is a licensed private/not-for-profit facility with 325 beds and staffed by 350 physicians in 35 specialties. Aspirus Wausau Hospital is a Level II trauma center that provides primary, secondary and tertiary care services as a regional referral center. Specialty referral service emphasis exists in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics and cancer. The hospital has an average daily inpatient census of 220 with approximately 15,000 admissions per year.
