About the Role:

Simply Vital is on the hunt for a charismatic, detail-oriented Beauty Experience Lead aka Focus Group Recruiter to be the welcoming face of their new, high-end beauty innovation space in Miami. This isn't just about trying products; it's about connecting with real people, inviting them to experience the latest creations firsthand, and gathering their honest feedback through guided conversations. You'll play a vital role in shaping the future of beauty by truly understanding what consumers want, love, and need.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and create the elegant, high-end beauty testing space in Miami, bringing your creative vision to life.
• Recruit and engage a diverse group of participants to test a range of skincare, cosmetics, and other beauty products right there in their Miami space.
• Guide testers through a straightforward feedback process using provided scripts and questionnaires.
• Ensure every visitor has a seamless, welcoming, and elevated experience they're joining the Simply Vital beauty family!
• Collect and organize responses accurately, making sure every piece of data is spot-on.
• Team up with their product development and marketing folks to share valuable consumer insights.
• Maintain the beauty testing space looking flawless and inviting.
• Report daily on testing activity and highlight key feedback trends.

What They're Looking For:

We're seeking a genuinely charismatic extrovert who thrives on connecting with people! Ideally, you're an American woman, 35+ , who's highly socially active and well-networked within local communities. This could be someone with a background as a UGC creator, micro-influencer, or even an Executive Assistant where strong interpersonal skills, organization, and event coordination were key.

• Passion for beauty: You live and breathe beauty products and know what's trending.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented: You're excellent at managing logistics and can keep things running smoothly, from setting up a space to tracking data.
• Flexibility to work onsite in Miami: You'll spend at least 2-3 days a week in our beautifully designed space, with flexibility for other days.
