Are you dependable, energetic, and ready to be part of a team that keeps things moving behind the scenes? Farm and Home Hardware is looking for a Full-Time Stock Associate who takes pride in keeping our shelves full, our store organized, and our customers happy!

What You'll Do:

• Unload and organize incoming freight deliveries.
• Stock shelves, endcaps, and displays to ensure the store is full and easy to shop.
• Keep back stock areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Assist with inventory counts and product rotation.
• Help customers locate items and provide friendly assistance when needed.
• Work with our sales and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For:

• A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and staying active.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ , operate pallet jacks, and safely handle merchandise.
• Strong attention to detail you notice when shelves are empty or displays need fixing.
• Reliable and punctual your team counts on you!

Schedule:

Full-time position with daytime and some weekend availability required.
