Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a highperforming team at our 190+ guest room fullservice hotel in Culver City, CA. This is an opportunity for a handson leader with fullservice brand experienceMarriott background strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full hotel operation, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and Finance, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Serve as the brand ambassador for Rebel Hotel Company, championing our culture and values throughout all levels of the hotel.
• Drive operational excellence through strong leadership, strategic planning, and flawless execution of brand standards and service initiatives.
• Lead and mentor department heads, cultivating a collaborative and empowered team environment.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability and owner returns.
• Maintain strong relationships with ownership, guests, associates, and brand representatives.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and franchise requirements.
• Guide capital projects and property improvement initiatives as needed.

Required Skills, Experience And Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a fullservice branded hotel (GM or Executive Committee level).
• Marriott brand experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead largescale operations (200+ rooms), with strength in F&B, group business, and guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen, with proven ability to achieve performance targets.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to inspire, coach, and build highperforming teams.
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 annually
