This client is an Star AI startup specializing in providing Agentic AI solution(open-source LLM application development platform), enabling businesses and developers to rapidly build and deploy AI-powered workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to drive global brand presence, ecosystem engagement, and developer community adoption for our fast-growing AI-native product platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, community, and growth, and plays a vital part in expanding our global footprint through thoughtful narrative, strong community programs, and integrated go-to-market campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth Planning

  • Define and execute comprehensive marketing and ecosystem growth strategies aligned with the company’s product roadmap and global expansion goals.
  • Analyze industry trends, market signals, and competitor movements to provide strategic insights that inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with product and commercial teams to develop a sustainable growth model that spans user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
  • Plan and execute global campaigns including product launches, industry events, hackathons, developer meetups, and channel partnerships.
  • Craft differentiated brand narratives by aligning with emerging technologies and developer use cases.
  • Build content and experiences that foster meaningful interaction with technical and business audiences across regions.
  • Identify and champion developer needs via research, community feedback, and platform usage data, influencing both marketing strategy and product development.

3. Impact Measurement & Optimization

  • Track performance metrics across all campaigns and produce actionable reports to iterate on strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with business development and ops teams to improve lead generation workflows and conversion efficiency.
  • Leverage user and campaign data to refine messaging, targeting, and program investments to maximize long-term value and community retention.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Partner Management

  • Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery and budget control across marketing initiatives.
  • Work in close partnership with engineering, product, and business teams to align ecosystem and marketing initiatives with product usage and developer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a bridge between internal resources and external ecosystem stakeholders to scale brand exposure and product adoption globally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in global marketing, ecosystem development, developer relations, or growth roles, ideally in SaaS, AI, or open-source environments.
  • Proven success launching developer-facing products and building technical communities across multiple geographies.
  • Deep understanding of developer culture, community dynamics, and the open-source ecosystem.
  • Data-driven and user-centric mindset with strong experience in campaign analytics and feedback loops.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience managing cross-regional teams, events, and multi-channel programs with a creative and strategic edge.
