The Opportunity: As a Graphic Designer III at VeSync, you’ll design packaging and marketing assets that drive retail performance and elevate brand presence. This role requires deep experience in packaging for retail environments, strong print production knowledge, and the ability to create compelling visuals across both physical and digital channels. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring products to life through thoughtful, brand-aligned design. What you will do at VeSync: Design packaging that meets retail and compliance standards, enhances shelf appeal, and aligns with brand identity. Prepare accurate, print-ready files with proper dyelines, bleeds, color profiles, and production specs. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies. Create supporting assets including digital and print ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, presentations, and in-store materials. Simulate packaging in 3D environments using tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar for digital mockups and presentations. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Manage multiple projects from concept through production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Communicate with vendors and printers to troubleshoot production issues and ensure flawless execution. Contribute to creative brainstorming and provide feedback to elevate team output. Stay current on packaging trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 4–5 years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on packaging and retail. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of print production, dyelines, color management, and file preparation. Experience designing for both digital and physical retail environments. Ability to simulate 3D packaging environments for digital presentations (experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools). Skilled in layout, vector illustration, photo editing, and brand consistency. Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Location This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.
