*Position Highlights:*
* *Competitive Compensation:* Start with a base salary of $84K–$108K or 30% of collections (whichever is greater). Most team members quickly reach six-figure earnings!

*Requirements:*
* *X-Ray Certification:* Must have current certification or be willing to obtain it within 1-2 months of hire.
