Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Provide support in administering employee benefits programs and responding to related inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate training sessions and employee engagement activities as needed.
• Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
