One Hour specializes in residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation throughout the Twin Cities, and we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to help us grow our HVAC Sales & Installation Division. This position is a straight commission position and demands a strong drive to succeed, excellent attention to detail, along with strong customer service and sales skills. Northern One Hour provides 90% of the leads with a very quick sales cycle. We are a COD company, which means what you sell and schedule for install this week, you get paid commissions next week. We take care of all expenses including: a company vehicle, gas card, cell phone, iPad and other benefits. HVAC Sales Experience may be beneficial, but is not required. Window sales experience transfers well. Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Attention to detail with great follow-up skills Competitive spirit to win! Mathematical aptitude Good with technology and iPads Professional appearance and friendly personality Valid Driver's License with clean record Positive attitude and team player a must!
