Offering excellent compensation, ESOP, commission, benefits, and a collaborative team culture. No micromanagement and flexible schedule. This position will be responsible for developing, estimating, and selling HVAC projects and maintenance services. It focuses heavily on building relationships with a limited number of accounts, as determined by sales and operations leadership.
