Now Hiring: Industrial Sewing Specialist | Express Employment Professionals – Lakewood, OH

Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Competitive Pay: $14–$18/hr (Based on Experience)

Location: West Side of Cleveland, OH

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Position Summary

Join a dynamic manufacturing team as an Industrial Sewing Specialist , where your precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills are valued. You’ll be hands-on with industrial sewing equipment, playing a key role in creating high-quality fabric products.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial-grade sewing machines to assemble and finish fabric pieces
• Measure, cut, and tailor fabrics using precision measuring tools
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production goals
• Ensure quality standards through attention to fine detail and craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are:

• Detail-driven and quality-focused
• Experienced in industrial or commercial sewing
• Mechanically inclined with excellent measuring skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and excellence

Requirements:

• Previous industrial sewing experience is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, or sit throughout the shift
• Must pass drug screen & background check
