Inside Sales Representative
Location: Nashville. Near the airport
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
$19–$21/hr + Commission + Bonuses
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our staffing firm is hiring on behalf of a respected client in the lighting industry, and we're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive base pay and strong commission structure. If you're a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound sales inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls
-Manage and grow relationships with clients in assigned territories
-Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
-Track leads, opportunities, and account activity in a proprietary CRM system
-Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals
-Conduct telemarketing outreach to generate new business
-Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals
-Process quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries efficiently
-Keep clients informed on order status and updates
What We’re Looking For:
-Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus!
-Prior inside sales or telemarketing experience
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
-CRM experience preferred

Monday to Friday
8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
