Internship Details

• Duration: 11 weeks, full-time
• Dates of Internship: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026
• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

About the Team:

The Laboratory Pre-Analytical Services provides support to our Laboratory and Specimen Management by receiving and processing biological samples from different clinical studies and route them to the lab for testing or storage.

Internship Assignment Summary:

• Perform an end-to-end process mapping to improve sample flow between LPS-Lab-SM and identify process changes opportunities
• Present to management a proposal on how to reduce sample mishandled
• Participate in all Quality events to identify opportunities

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Working towards bachelors degree in Project Management
• Has experience in Microsoft office
• Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
• Embraces diverse perspectives through partnerships and teamwork
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
