$22.50/hr - $26.00/hr

Pay: $22.50 - $26.00 / HR (DOE)

We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for our Little Chute, WI plant. The Inventory Control Clerk works under the leadership of our Director of Sourcing and in close partnership with local manufacturing leadership. This role is critical in optimizing the purchasing process and ensuring that the organization meets its operational goals efficiently. This is a 1st shift, on?site position with some limited travel between our Little Chute and Appleton facilities. There is some schedule flexibility in this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering processes, working closely with the corporate sourcing team.
• Forklift and Pallet Jack usage.
• Utilize ERP, Kanban and various order initiation processes to generate demand, validate inventory.
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels for accuracy.
• Perform cycle count activities ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
• Investigate, identify, and report inventory discrepancies to management for correction.
• Coordinate and participate in inventory put away and consolidation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required (some post high school education a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word.
• Ability to prepare routine paperwork and receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to seek out resolution when issues arise.

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP knowledge a plus with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Metals Manufacturing experience.
• PO creation and tracking experience.
• Shipping & Receiving experience.
• Problem?solving skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills.
