Job Title: Journeyman Plumber -Dallas - Fort Worth

Location: North Texas

Pay Range: $28-$36 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team for industrial commercial construction projects in North Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair, specifically in large-scale commercial and industrial settings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed to the highest standards, in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water and drainage systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure plumbing systems are operating correctly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, including electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.
• Stay updated on the latest industry practices, codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial and commercial plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations in Texas.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
