• Provide visionary leadership, shaping strategies and solutions to achieve operational excellence and exceed financial targets

Who You Are:

• A seasoned leader with at least 10 years in Facilities Management or integrated facilities industries, including significant P&L responsibility
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, delivering measurable success in operational and financial performance
• Exceptional communicator with a collaborative, engaging leadership style and strong negotiation skills
• Strategically minded with advanced analytical skills to interpret data into actionable insights
• Experienced within manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments, bringing relevant commercial and operational expertise

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Long working days
• Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time
• Walking/Inspecting the site 50% of the time
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
• Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
