Landscape Designer - Design/Build

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling landscape designs for a variety of projects including residential gardens, commercial properties, and public spaces
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget in order to develop customized design plans
• Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed plans, 3D renderings, and presentations
• Select appropriate plants, materials, and finishes to ensure design integrity and sustainability
• Coordinate and work alongside with construction teams to ensure seamless implementation of design plans
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in landscape design
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design, preferably in a design/build format where you are designing and building out your design
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Strong knowledge of plant materials, hardscapes, and irrigation systems
• Ability to operate skidsteer, excavator and other heavy machinery to carry out the job
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license
