• Professional: You maintain a high standard of excellence, from first meeting to final installation.

Job Description:

• Lead all phases of the design process from initial client meetings to final site plans.

• Conduct site analysis, research codes, and develop conceptual designs.

• Oversee and contribute to drafting base files, design plans, and full construction documents.

• Select materials and plants and develop master plans that align with the overall vision.

• Produce presentation graphics, including mood boards, renderings, and plant palettes.

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and coordinate with contractors and other design professionals.

• Direct and mentor junior designers.

• Participate in pricing, research, and overall design strategy.

• Take responsibility for meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional designs.

Requirements:

• Degree in landscape architecture, landscape design, or horticulture.

• 7+ years of experience in a high-end residential landscape design studio.

• A licensed landscape architect is preferred but not required.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.

• Field experience and strong knowledge of construction processes.

• Strong presentation skills and experience communicating design intent.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience.

If you’re ready to join a creative and respected design firm that values artistry, collaboration, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
