Overview Leadership Development Program - MBA Associate. Force Factor has developed a comprehensive 12-month Leadership Development Program for MBA graduates with 4-7 years of professional experience. This initiative aims to cultivate the next generation of leaders within our organization. Our MBA Associate Leadership Development Program entails three distinct business-oriented rotations, culminating in a final rotation centered on Leadership and Strategy. Individuals accepted into the MBA Leadership Development Program will play a pivotal role in the company's growth trajectory. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and immersive learning experiences to ensure that program participants emerge as strong leaders. The Program Onboarding During Onboarding, you will be immersed in our culture of meritocracy. You will be paired with a mentor who will guide you on your path, helping you harness your talents and unleash your potential within our merit-based ecosystem. Our training goes beyond the ordinary; it provides a profound understanding of our business and culture. Rotations Following onboarding, you will enter a rotational experience with four rotations over twelve months. You will explore three core areas of our business, plus a final rotation on Leadership and Strategy. Your assignments will be tailored to your educational background and prior experience, with the final rotation involving mentorship under our CEO and exposure to Leadership and Strategy. Possible Rotations People: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and more. Finance: Financial Planning & Analysis, Forecasting, AP/AR, Month End Close, and related areas. Marketing: Brand Marketing, Consumer Awareness, Creative, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and more. Supply Chain & Operations: Supply Planning, Sourcing, and related functions. Science & Innovation: Product Development, Formulations, and innovation-focused roles. Sales & Business Development: Specialty, eCommerce, National Food, Drug, Mass Class, and various sales-related areas. The Future Upon successful completion of the twelve-month program, you will transition into a Manager role within our organization. This transition offers immediate opportunities to have a significant impact on the business and continues a path of growth and advancement. As you demonstrate dedication, skills, and commitment, you will be on an upward trajectory within the organization, with ongoing opportunities for development and contribution to Force Factor’s success. What You Need A great academic track record – you should be a student completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at an accredited university, graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a performance track record that demonstrates high achievement. 4 to 7 years of related work experience - ideally from consulting, manufacturing, or CPG. A performance-focused, results-oriented approach – you will need to have a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results. Open to relocation or living in the Greater Boston Area. This is an office-first position. Ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit. Interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills. Extracurricular, volunteer, athletics, or professional leadership experience. Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) to conceptualize and present new approaches and solutions.
