JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal staff and contribute to the efficient operation of the law office.

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents
- Manage and organize legal correspondence and documentation
- Maintain and update document management systems
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Draft correspondence and communicate on behalf of attorneys
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a law office or similar legal environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
-Experience with family law is a must
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document management systems
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for legal documents
Pay is 50,000 based on experience
